A market is a geographic region in which you are seeking to do business.  More specifically, it is currently defined as a preferred area code from which you send messages to your prospects.  A given area code can only be used once as the preferred area code, but it can be used in other markets as an alternate area code. There is no cost for markets in Lead Sherpa.

Contacts are individuals associated with a property, often owners, which you have uploaded into our system in an effort to conduct outreach to those prospective property owners.

Campaigns are created in Markets to monitor your outreach to prospect owners.

 Candidates are contacts that were pushed into a campaign.
 Leads are candidates that expressed interest and are ideally eventually qualified and pushed to your sales lifecycle.

Once you receive a response from your contacts, you can track and disposition them as leads.
